Be sure to book meals for each day you’ll need them!

Breakfast

• A box breakfast featuring a bagel, cream cheese, hard boiled egg, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea.
• Breakfast needs to be reserved the evening prior.

Lunch

• Both on and off the river, our lunches have yet to be surpassed. A sensational array of fresh vegetables, deli meats, home baked bread, a wide variety of condiments and delicious fresh fruit.

Wood Oven Pizza

• Treat yourself to a gourmet wood oven pizza with a wide variety of exotic toppings. Build your own or try one of our weekly Chef’s Specials. Big enough to share or devour one on your own.

  • Vegetarian options available.

Ultimate BBQ Dinner

• Treat yourself to the Esprit “Ultimate BBQ” dinner. At 7:00 pm nightly, your guides will serve up your choice of blackened Cajun salmon, Maple-Chipotle BBQ ribs, succulent Bourbon Peppercorn Steak grilled to perfection or our chef’s selection vegetarian dish. Save room as our decadent, world-famous, desserts will be served.
