No, we do not charge any extra “user fees” or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay (plus applicable taxes).

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy.

PREPARATION

Secure footwear.
Springtime: Thermal base layers for under your wetsuit (included).
Summertime: Shorts/bathing suit, T-Shirt (wetsuits available for rent for the “thermally fragile”.

For rafting in the spring you need to bring warm “non cotton” layers to wear under your wetsuit (complimentary up to June 15) or drysuit (available for rent). You also need footwear secure enough to stay on your feet.
In the summer, shoes, shorts (bathing suit), sunscreen.
For overnight camping trips bring one full long sleeved/legged change of clothes, change of shoes, flashlight, repellent and whatever camping gear is required based on your reservation.
Don’t forget to bring your “Spirit of Adventure”.

We do go on the river in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! Its better than trying to play golf in the rain. If the weather is unsafe for any reason (lightening) the trip may be delayed, changed or postponed at our discretion.
RESERVATION

We provide a full refund if cancelation is made 30 days prior to your trip date. In the event of a need to cancel within 30 days no refund can be provided. In these rare circumstances where a refund cannot be provided please contact our office and we will see what arrangements can be made to ensure everyone is happy.

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.
